Even though you haven’t seen a lot of activity lately in terms of posts, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes. I’m working on several brand new pages and installing new features all the time. I really appreciate this website. I’m a young adult virgin who’s never even kissed a man (or woman) yet. I don’t see this as strange, but other people would be dumbfounded. I think it’s normal for people to engage and show interest towards sex, but they can be awfully harsh to people like us. That’s why I’m glad that you’ve been courageous enough to share your experiences with other virgins. Keep it up, and I look forward to reading your new posts. You’re really an inspiration to a person like me.
P.S. – The URL commenter might be a Spam. I did a blog for school, and most of the comments we get are Spammers. Just so you know 🙂

And though I imagine that there’s an audience somewhere out in the darkness of the web, it doesn’t seem real that anyone is really paying attention until I get comments like yours. Although I am currently working on some new features for the site, I hope that you will continue to read the archives until I have everything up and running and start doing regular posts which I hope will be very soon.
And yes, I do get a lot of spammers but your URL turned up fine.

/ July 13, 2012Yes, and especially as a black female, I think we’re a rare breed. I mean, I know many girls who have gotten pregnant very young, and our society is notorious for portraying black women as sexually loose. Talk about a double whammy!

/ July 14, 2012I know. People are shocked when I tell them that I don’t have kids. Teen pregnancy is an unfortunate reality for many girls in the Black community. But the stereotyping of all Black women (and Black men for that matter) as being sexually loose just plain wrong. And its a perception that Black Virgins like us need to change by becoming more visible.
